"This is a Lebanese dish, excellent for dipping with vegetables or spreading on bread. It can also be used as a topping for just about any dish."
Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste

- Mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, mint, dill, and kosher salt together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to 12 hours.
Notes :
- Using a very good olive oil is crucial to the flavor.
- Herbs can be any that you prefer. I like to use dill and mint.
