Key Lime Pie Martini

"This recipe uses ingredients found most well-stocked bars, which I put together after many requests for a Key lime pie martini from customers at a restaurant I bartended for. To make it extra special, run a lime around the edge of the martini glass and dip it in crushed graham crackers after chilling. Tastes just like a key lime pie! This recipe makes a single martini. Garnish with lime, if desired."

Ingredients :

• 1 fluid ounce vanilla-flavored vodka
• 1 fluid ounce pineapple juice
• 1 fluid ounce sweet and sour mix
• 1/2 fluid ounce triple sec (orange-flavored liqueur)
• 1/2 fluid ounce sweetened lime juice
• 1/4 fluid ounce heavy whipping cream, or to taste
• 1 cup ice

Instructions :

Prep : 5M	Cook : 1M	Ready in : 5M

• Pour vanilla-flavored vodka, pineapple juice, sweet and sour mix, triple sec, lime juice, and heavy whipping cream into a cocktail shaker; add ice. Cover shaker and shake vigorously. Strain cocktail into a chilled martini glass.

Notes :

• I prefer to only use the cream if it is a dessert drink, as it may be a bit heavy.
• Use half-and-half in place of heavy cream if you want the creaminess but prefer a slightly lighter dose of it or if it's simply what you have on hand.
