• 1 cup butter flavored shortening
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 1 2/3 cups peanut butter chips

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Mix together dry ingredients with a whisk. Cream sugars, shortening, and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Stir in chips. Gradually add dry mixture, mixing well.
