  • 1/2 cup cold unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 dates, pitted and chopped, or more taste
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter, or more to taste
