Pomegranate Salsa

"Tart pomegranate seeds add a delicious crunch to this salsa that also features sweet mandarin oranges, red onions, jalapenos and cilantro. Great served with tortilla chips."

Ingredients :

  • 2 pomegranates, peeled and seeds separated
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans mandarin orange segments, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced pickled jalapeno pepper
  • 1 bunch cilantro, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 pinch ground cumin

Instructions :

  • Mix pomegranate seeds, mandarin oranges, onion, fresh jalapeno, pickled jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, and cumin together in a bowl.
