Smoky Gouda Cheese Dip

Ingredients :

  • 2 1/8 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded smoked Gouda cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Gouda cheese with chipotle peppers (such as Boar's Head®)
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 4 ounces chopped cooked bacon

Instructions :

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix mayonnaise, smoked Gouda, Gouda with chipotle peppers, onion, and bacon together in a bowl; spread into a baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven until mixture is bubbly and lightly browned along the edges, 15 to 20 minutes.

Notes :

  • You can also heat this in a microwave oven until bubbly, 3 to 4 minutes, and then throw under the broiler set to Low to brown, 3 to 5 minutes more.
