• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• ½ cup white wine
• 2 cups chicken stock
• ½ teaspoon ground sage
• salt and ground black pepper to taste
• ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
