"Light, candy-like cookies."

Ingredients :

• 2 egg whites
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 cup pecan halves

Instructions :

Prep :	Cook : 18M	Ready in :

• Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
• Beat egg whites and salt until foamy; gradually add brown sugar and vanilla.
• Continue beating until stiff peaks are formed. Fold in pecan halves.
• Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 1 hour.

Notes :

• Reynolds® parchment can be used for easier cleanup/removal from the pan.
