- 3 tablespoons old-fashioned oats
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg

- Mash banana in a microwave-safe mug. Add oats, almond butter, raisins, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the mug; mix well to combine. Heat in microwave on high until cooked through, about 1 minute.
Notes :
- If you use unsalted almond butter, add a pinch of salt to the recipe.
