Ingredients :

- 5/8 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups cold water
- 2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
Instructions :
