• 1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate
• 1/3 cup boiling water
• 1 cup white sugar
• 2 tablespoons corn syrup
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions :

• Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan. Add boiling water. Bring mixture to boil. Add sugar and corn syrup. Boil, stirring, for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and stir. Serve just warm over the chocolate roll.
