- 1 cup frozen mixed fruit
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- 2 tablespoons dried goji berries
- 1 teaspoon honey

- Blend fruit, soy milk, goji berries, and honey together in a blender until smooth.
Notes :
- I prefer Silk® vanilla soy milk, but you can just as easily use almond milk, or swap for water and a frozen banana.
- You will want to blend a bit longer than a normal smoothie to ensure the goji berries are liquified.
