Mixed Fruit Smoothie with Goji Berries

"I was trying to find a way to eat goji berries, which I found to be pretty bland on their own. This smoothie recipe worked well, and has the benefit of this nutrient-rich superfood."

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup frozen mixed fruit
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons dried goji berries
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions :

  • Blend fruit, soy milk, goji berries, and honey together in a blender until smooth.

Notes :

  • I prefer Silk® vanilla soy milk, but you can just as easily use almond milk, or swap for water and a frozen banana.
  • You will want to blend a bit longer than a normal smoothie to ensure the goji berries are liquified.
