Ingredients :
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups apple juice
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup maple syrup, or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 pinches sea salt

- Blend kale, blueberries, milk, apple juice, raspberries, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt together in a blender until smooth.
Notes :
- Any type of dark leafy green (chard, spinach, etc.) can be used in place of the kale.
- Any type of milk (cow, goat, almond, coconut, etc.) can be used in place of the whole milk.
