Sponge Cake Tiramisu

"Italian dessert cake. Not exactly like what you would get in an authentic Italian restaurant, but still good."

Ingredients :

• 2 cups mascarpone cheese
• 3 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
• 3 tablespoons coffee-flavored liqueur
• 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 sponge cake
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions :

Prep : 30M	Cook : 16M	Ready in : 1H30M

• Beat mascarpone cheese, cream, confectioners' sugar, coffee liqueur, instant coffee, and vanilla extract together in a bowl using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
• Cut sponge cake in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom layer. Spread cream mixture on bottom layer and replace top half of cake; refrigerate for 1 hour. Dust top of cake with cocoa powder.
