- 4 teaspoons white sugar, or more to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Combine raspberries, sugar, and vanilla extract in a heavy-bottom saucepan; bring to a boil. Lower temperature to medium-low and simmer, stirring often, until sauce is thick and smooth, about 15 minutes.
Notes :
- You can remove the seeds in a strainer if you don't like them. It´s important to do this before the sauce thickens.
- Stevia can be used in place of the sugar, if desired.
