"Sweet and spicy; I made this for the big game and it was a hit! I usually mix with my hands for best results. This recipe is spicy and sweet and easy!"
Ingredients :
- 4 avocados, mashed
- 2 Roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
- 1 mango - peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- Stir avocados, tomatoes, mango, cilantro, red onion, chipotle pepper, jalapeno pepper, sour cream, lime juice, garlic, cayenne pepper, cumin, and black pepper together in a bowl.
Notes :
- The spiciness of this dish can be adjusted by adding or removing some of the peppers. If you are sensitive to spice, I would suggest making it without peppers and adding little by little until desired.
