Horsey Beef Pretzel Bites

"A roast beef sandwich made into a delicious little bite. Seasoned roast beef, smoky mozzarella, and red onion are topped with a creamy horseradish sauce! You know you want some!"

Ingredients :

• 24 Original Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®
• 8 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef, cut or torn into bite-size pieces
• 8 ounces sliced smoked mozzarella cheese, cut into 24 pieces
• 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
• 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (optional)

Instructions :

• Arrange Pretzel Crisps(R) onto a large tray. Top with roast beef and a piece of mozzarella cheese. Add a slice or 2 of red onion. Put a dollop (about 1/4 teaspoon) of horseradish on the onion. Garnish with chives.

Notes :

• You can buy horseradish sauce at the market, but I usually have all of the ingredients on hand. If you'd like to make it just combine 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon horseradish and a about 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. You can adjust the heat by adding more or less horseradish. We like it spicy!!
