Mamie's Salad

"This recipe was given to my mother-in-law years ago by a friend. It is my all-time favorite salad."

Ingredients :

• 2 eggs
• 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 2 (20 ounce) cans pineapple chunks
• 2 cups diced sharp Cheddar cheese
• 2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions :

Prep :	Cook : 10M	Ready in :

• Beat eggs and flour with the pineapple juice reserved from the cans of chunk pineapple. Cook over medium low heat until it thickens to gravy consistency. Let cool.
• Mix together the cheese, marshmallows, drained pineapple chunks, and pecans. Pour dressing over and stir. Refrigerate.
