Real Cuban Mojito

"This recipe was passed down to me from my uncle during a trip to my homeland of Cuba."

Ingredients :

• 1 teaspoon white sugar
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 1 sprig yerba buena (fresh mint)
• 2 fluid ounces sparkling water
• ice cubes
• 2 fluid ounces rum
• 2 fluid ounces champagne

Instructions :

Prep : 5M	Cook : 1M	Ready in : 5M

• Mix sugar and lime juice in a glass; add mint and muddle until mint is broken down. Add sparkling water and ice cubes. Mix rum and champagne into the drink.
